David McDermott is the CEO and founder of Evolved Strategy, a leadership development and business consulting firm dedicated to empowering leaders to run successful businesses that make a positive difference in the world, at scale. David is a leader called upon by leaders and a former consultant with the strategy consulting firm Second Road, prior to its acquisition by Accenture. He has over two decades of experience working with senior executives and business owners across all major industries, both within Australia and globally.
